After the remote back country of the Wind River Range, WY we moved on to the more populated state of Colorado. While in Colorado we set up home base at our friend’s apartment in Boulder (thank you Charles and Brian for hosting!!!) and explored the plethora of surrounding canyons and wilderness areas.
The two weeks we spent in the state also turned into a reunion of friends from Boston, college, and youth. Charles, Brooke, Jon, Tyler, Maryne, Emmett, Jared, Josh, KRo, and Nicole, it was so awesome to reconnect with all of you!

While in Colorado we had our first car difficulties of the trip. We attributed it to Boris being unhappy with us for sleeping in an apartment instead of the truck. Either way, he started kicking out black smoke and losing power going up hills, which can be a problem driving over the Rockies. All signs pointed towards the turbo, luckily for us it turned out to be wiring issue, which we were able to fix.

Now that the wires are connected, the turbo is ready to power Boris over the Rockies.
